POOL MAINTENANCE PROCESS

It is vitally important to your health that your pool is maintained properly, if it isn't it can lead to all sorts of problems. We understand the costs involved in having a swimming pool and therefore aim to make the maintenance of it as smooth as possible. We aim to give you the best possibly service with care.

Pool maintenance process:

-Checking and cleaning the filter system

-Cleaning the filter pump

-To vacuum the floor/walls of the pool

-To remove debris from the pools surface

-To clear the canal around the pool

-To clean the general area surrounding the pool

-To check the pool lights/bulbs

-To operate the pump system

-To measure the pool chemical dose

-To add chemicals to the pool

-To check/replenish chemical stock

-To check the pool accessories and replace if necessary

If the process is carried out properly then your pool maintenance should run smoothly. If there are any technical faults with the pool we will come and investigate the fault free of charge and give you a quote to fix the problem. If you are happy with the price we will proceed and fix the problem.

We offer two service agreements, the details of which are listed below.

Pool maintenance including chemicals:

We will provide a written agreement based on a seasonal service, our company will provide the chemicals.

Pool maintenance excluding chemicals:

We will provide a written agreement based on a seasonal service, customers will provide the chemicals.
